If we determine that the artwork that you have submitted will not provide a clean printed image, we will reach back out to you via email to let you know. We may ask you to provide new artwork if our team cannot enhance the quality of the artwork that you have originally submitted.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our policy does not include guaranteed delivery times because we use outside courier services. We will only communicate estimated delivery times that have been provided to us by there courier companies. We cannot guarantee a delivery if a customer enters wrong or incomplete shipping address.
